If your heart rate data does not seem to be reliable or it is not visible, please follow these tips:
- Avoid applying cream or lotions on the area where you are wearing your device.
- Clean your arm before putting the ZeRound 2HR on.
- Wear the watch around the wrist, just above the bone. Tighten the watch to your wrist. Your ZeRound 2HR should be snug but comfortable.
- Wait for a first display of your heart rate on the screen before starting an activity.
