Please attach your ZeRound 2HR around your wrist, just over the bone.
Make sure that the watch is snug and tight to your wrist so that there is no risk of the watch moving while you are walking or running.
To activate your heart rate tracking, go to your Heart Rate menu. Then, touch the heart icon. This will switch on your heart rate monitoring.
To get more accurate and reliable data, clean your wrist before you put the watch on.
Wear the device around the wrist, just above the bone.
