Your ZeFit4/4HR has a stopwatch function. To enable it, please go to the Application menu and select 
Tap once on the screen to activate the timer 
Double-tap the screen to stop the timer 
If you want to restart the clock, double click on the screen. Thus, it will restart from 0.
