With ZeTime you can monitor both the length and the quality of your sleep. Detailed reports are available both in the mobile app as well in the watch interface.
Start/Exit sleep mode manually From your watch
- Press the sleep app icon of ZeTime main menu.
- Press on Start to enable sleep monitoring.
- Press on End to stop sleep monitoring.
Sleep goals from your watch
• Sleep Goal is 8 hours by default.
• Slide to the right to set up your daily sleep goals to your most suitable length.
Start/Exit the preset sleep mode from ZeTime App
- Go to the Advanced settings of the mobile app.
- Click on Preset sleep.
- Enable and adjust bed and awake time.
Don’t forget to save your settings before exiting.
Tips: If you forgot to enable Sleep mode on your watch, you can manually add your sleep data from the mobile app. Open ZeTime App, select Sleep, click on + at the bottom > Add sleep.
