How do I track my sleep?

With ZeTime you can monitor both the length and the quality of your sleep. Detailed reports are available both in the mobile app as well in the watch interface.

Start/Exit sleep mode manually From your watch

  1. Press the sleep app icon of ZeTime main menu.
  2. Press on Start to enable sleep monitoring.
  3. Press on End to stop sleep monitoring.

Sleep goals from your watch

• Sleep Goal is 8 hours by default.

• Slide to the right to set up your daily sleep goals to your most suitable length.

Start/Exit the preset sleep mode from ZeTime App 

  1. Go to the Advanced settings of the mobile app.
  2. Click on Preset sleep.
  3. Enable and adjust bed and awake time.

Don’t forget to save your settings before exiting.

Tips: If you forgot to enable Sleep mode on your watch, you can manually add your sleep data from the mobile app. Open ZeTime App, select Sleep, click on + at the bottom > Add sleep.
