If your ZeTime device has one of the following issues, it may be fixed by a manual reset:
- Not counting/tracking your steps
- Charged but doesn't switch on
- Not responding to button/display taps, swipes or presses
- Not syncing data
To reset your ZeTime, hold UPPER and LOWER buttons for at least 10/15 seconds.
After this procedure, your ZeTime will automatically switch back to SET UP mode.
Note: Please note that this operation will not erase your settings and data.
