Please attach your ZeTime around your wrist, just over the bone.
Make sure that the watch is snug and tight to your wrist so that there is no risk of the watch moving while you are walking or running.
To activate your heart rate tracking, go to your Heart Rate menu. Then, touch the heart icon. This will switch on your heart rate monitoring.
Tips: If your heart rate data does not seem to be reliable or it is not visible, please follow these tips:
- Avoid applying cream or lotions on the area where you are wearing your device.
- Clean your arm before putting the ZeTime on.
- Wear the watch around the wrist, just above the bone. Tighten the watch to your wrist.
- Your ZeTime should be snug but comfortable.
