The hands are not going to the 9:15 position, what should I do?

If the hands do not align to the 9:15 position after opening a notification or double pressing the crown, please ensure that your ZeTime is well calibrated.

To calibrate your ZeTime manually, please see How to calibrate my ZeTime?

Then, perform a new test. 

If the problem persists, please reset your ZeTime manually, see How do I reset my ZeTime?
