I am experiencing some Bluetooth disconnection issues, what can I do?

- Unpair ZeSplash from your mobile device

- Turn the Bluetooth OFF your ZeSplash

- Reset your ZeSplash

- Turn the Bluetooth ON and pair ZeSplash again to your mobile device

-Indicate your ZeSplash S/N number

-Specify your mobile device brand and model

-If you are an Android user, please tell us which ZeSplash App version you have installed
