I am experiencing some Bluetooth disconnection issues, what can I do?

- Unpair ZeNano from your mobile device

- Turn the Bluetooth OFF your ZeNano

- Reset your ZeNano

- Turn the Bluetooth ON and pair ZeNano again to your mobile device

-Indicate your ZeNano S/N number

-Specify your mobile device brand and model

-If you are an Android user, please tell us which ZeNano App version you have installed
