In order to flash the new protocol and technical improvements into the device, the firmware upgrade requires to reset the device to SET UP mode :
• users who have NOT paired their device yet:
This message on your device display prompt you to set up the product using
ZeWatch2 mobile application (iOS or Android) and/or PC/MAC software. Please check one of these articles (for iOS, Android or Windows Phone) to learn more about the pairing process.
• iOS users who have already paired their device:
Step 1: Open the app, go to "Settings", tap "set up" and then "unpair"
Step 2: Then log out from the app
Step 3: Go into the Bluetooth settings of your phone and forget ZeWatch2 BLE and/or ZeWatch2 device(s)
Step 4: Log into the app, and do the pairing process again
• Android users who have already paired their device:
Step 1: Open the app, go to "Settings", tap "set up" and then "unpair"
Step 2: Then log out from the app
Step 3: Go into the Bluetooth settings of your phone and unpair ZeBracelet2 device
Step 4: Log into the app, and do the pairing process again
