Facing difficulties pairing your device or syncing your data?
We advise you to try the following operations:
- Remove all the current application's windows opened
iOS users: double press the home button of your iPhone, and remove the window corresponding to the App
- Delete the app and download it again
- Check the quality of your internet connexion (3g/4g or WIFI)
- Turn your Bluetooth ON / OFF
- In the Bluetooth settings of your phone, ensure it is not connected to another device. Indeed if your device is paired to another device, you may not be able to successfully pair with another one.
- Reset your MyKronoz device manually by pressing the RED and GREEN buttons simultaneously
- Reset your phone
