I can't pair or sync data since the latest App update

If you encounter some difficulties pairing or syncing your device since the latest update of our application, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Open the app, go to "Settings", tap "unpair"

Step 2: Then log out from the app

Step 3: Go into the Bluetooth settings of your phone and "unpair" ZeFit2" device]

Step 4: Upgrade your device with the latest firmware version available. To do this, you simply have to follow these steps :

  • Download and install ZeFit2 PC or MAC software available on MyKronoz website
  • Plug ZeFit2 into the USB port of your computer and follow the instructions on screen to upgrade your ZeFit2 firmware

Step 5: After a successful firmware upgrade, log into the app, and do the pairing process again
