- Make sure ZeFit2 is paired to your mobile phone
- Download the latest version of ZeFit2 Android application available on the Google Play store
- Ensure the notification is enabled in the Settings of ZeFiT2 App
- Authorizes your device to push notifications to ZeFit2
[iOS users]
- Make sure ZeFit2 is paired to your mobile phone
- Download the latest version of ZeFit2 iOS application available on the App store
- Ensure the notification is enabled in the Settings of the App
- Go the the Settings of your iOS device
- Tap Notifications
- Select which type of notifications you wish to receive on ZeFit2
- Enable "Show in Notifications center" to push the notification on ZeFit2
[Windows Phone users] Currently smartphone notifications are not available for Windows Phone users. Our developers keep a close eye on this particular issue - as we are willing to offer as many features as possible to our Windows Phone users.
If it concerns call notifications
- Go to your cellphone Bluetooth settings and make sure ZeFit2 is "Connected" or "Paired"
- Open ZeFit2 application, tap Settings > Notifications and make sure Calls button is enabled
Still encounter some issues? try this:
- turn your phone's Bluetooth ON and OFF
- In your phone's Bluetooth settings, forget or unpair ZeFit2.
- Open the app, and connect ZeFit2 again
- Reboot your ZeFiT2 manually
- Reset your phone
