when I try to pair my ZeWatch3, it says that it is already connected to another account. What can I do?

If you know the previous user IDs, you can unpair the Watch via the PC /MAC software interface

- Launch the ZeWatch3 software for PC or MAC

- Go on the "My Device"

- Click the "Unpair" tab on the right side of the table

If you don't know the previous user IDs, you can send us the "Device number" (D / N) of your ZeWatch3 at: support@mykronoz.com

For privacy and security reasons, please send us a screenshot including the D/N number that appears below the error message.

This D/N number will allow us to track with which email address your MyKronoz device is connected, and if needed, to unpair it from this account.

[PC/ MAC users] The D/N number can be found on the bottom right-side of the Software welcome page
