Anti-lost notification is not working, what should I do?

[Android users]
-Make sure ZeWatch2 is paired to your mobile phone

-Download the latest version of ZeWatch2  Android application available on the Google Play store.

-Please ensure that the Anti-lost notification is enabled in the mobile application, launch the application and click the "Settings" tab and then "Notifications"


[iOS users]
-Make sure ZeWatch2 is paired to your mobile phone

-Download the latest version of ZeWatch2 iOS application available on the App store

-Please ensure that the Anti-lost notification is enabled in the mobile application, launch the application and click the "Settings" tab and then "Notifications"


[Windows Phone users]

-Please ensure that the Anti-lost notification is enabled in the mobile application, launch the application and click the "Settings" tab and then "Notifications"
