I cannot see the name of the incoming call, but only the number - What can I do ?

Download and install the latest version of ZeWatch3 Android application available on the Google Play store; You must install ZeWatch3  Android application to synchronize your phonebook.

Still experiencing some problems? 

Send an email to support@mykronoz.com  with the following information: 

-Your MyKronoz device S/N number (that you can find on the back of the packaging box)

-Your phone or tablet brand and model
