Set up ZeFit2 with Windows Phone

 

  1. Download ZeFit2 App available on Windows Phone store.

  2. Open the App and log in or sign up if you do not have an account.

  3. Click on “Set up ZeFit2” and tap on ZeFit2 display to turn it on. Please make sure, ZeFit2 display stays lighted up for the following process.

  4. Enable Bluetooth, tap “Next” and make sure your watch’s display is still lighted up.

  5. Go back to Bluetooth settings in your phone and select ZeFit2 (make sure after the selection, ZeFit2 is “connected”).

  6. In ZeFit2 App, select your ZeFit2 in the list of devices (“ZeFit2 #...”) appearing. If ZeFit2 does not appear, or if the pairing fails, please reset your watch (put you ZeFit2 on its charging dock, plug the USB cable in a power source. Insert a small pin in the charging dock for 3 seconds and follow again step 5 and 6).

  7. A pairing request will appear on your ZeFit2 display (with a Bluetooth icon and the word “pair?”), then tap on your ZeFit2 to accept it.

 

The setting up success will be confirmed in the app.

 

If the set up fails: Open ZeFit2 App, go to “Settings” and tap “Disconnect ZeFit2”.

Disconnect from your account, tapping “Log out”.

 

If the issue is still not solved, please disable Bluetooth from your phone, uninstall ZeFit2 and reset your phone.
