Notifications are not working, what can I do?

To receive notifications, you have to download and install previously ZeSplash2 App available on the App store or Google Play store.

Please open the App after downloading it, log in or sign up if you do not have any account.

A pop-up message will appear in your phone to pair it with your ZeSplash2 (make sure that Bluetooth is enabled in your phone settings).

[Android users]

On the App, press “Notifications” tab at the bottom of the screen.

You will have to select the notifications you want to receive or not (SMS, mails, social media, calendar).

To activate a notification you will have to slide your finger from the left to the right (vice versa to unable).

[IOS users]

You have to enable notifications in your phone.

To do so, go on “Settings” and tap “Notifications”.

Select notifications you want to receive in your ZeSplash2.

Then, activate the option « Enable notifications » to receive them.
