If your ZeFit³ is stuck on the battery indicator after a load, we suggest you perform a manual reset. To do this, follow these instructions:
- Put ZeFit³ on the magnetic charging dock
- Plug the magnetic charging dock to a suitable power supply.
- While ZeFit³ is charging, insert a small pin into the hole located on the back of ZeFit³ dock/charger
- Press and hold down for 3/5 seconds and then release
- A message
» will appear confirming the success of the operation.
After this procedure, perform a new pairing process via the ZeFit³ mobile App.
Following this procedure, ensure that you have access to all user interfaces / data of your ZeFit³
