ZeFit³ HR is not charging, what to do?

If no charging indicator appears, be sure to place the charging dock under the ZeFit³ HR and make sure that the terminals of the base are aligned to all contact points of your ZeFit³ HR. Connect the USB cable to the base and the large end of the cable to a power source.

Tips

If the problem persists, try in different USB ports and reset manually your device.
