ZeFit³ is not charging, no battery indicator shows up?

If no charging indicator appears, be sure to place the charging dock under the ZeFit³ and make sure that the terminals of the base are aligned to all contact points of your ZeFit³. Connect the USB cable to the base and the large end of the cable to a power source.


If the problem persists, try in different USB ports and reset manually your device.
