ZeCircle2 screen remains stuck on the battery icon, what can I do ?

If your ZeCircle2 is stuck on the battery indicator after a load, we suggest you perform a manual reset. To do this, follow these instructions:

  • Put ZeCircle2 on the magnetic charging dock
  • Plug the magnetic charging dock to a suitable power supply.
  • While ZeCircle2 is charging, insert a small pin into the hole located on the back of ZeFit³ dock/charger
  • Press and hold down for 3/5 seconds and then release
  • A message  » will appear confirming the success of the operation.

After this procedure, perform a new pairing process via the ZeCircle2 mobile App.

Following this procedure, ensure that you have access to all user interfaces / data of your ZeCircle2
