My ZeWatch4/4HR is not detected by the mobile App, what can I do ?

If your ZeWatch4/4HR is not detected by the mobile App, we suggest to carry out a manual reset. 

To reset ZeWatch4 to original settings, press and hold the RIGHT button for at least 7/10 seconds.

After this procedure, perform a new pairing process via the ZeCircle2 mobile App.
