How do I pair ZeTrack?

To pair your ZeTrack using your smartphone, you must first get the MyKronoz app.

You will find MyKronoz app in the App Store or in the Google Play Store, download it and install the app on your smartphone.

iPhone 4s, 5, 5c, 5s, 6, 6 Plus, 6 Plus, 7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus, X, XR, XS, XS, XS Max


Selected Android 6.0+ devices that support Bluetooth 4.0 BLE

  1. Activate Bluetooth on your mobile device.
  2. Open MyKronoz app on your smartphone. Sign up if you are a new member or sign in with your existing account. After entering your personal information, tap Connect.
  3. Make sure ZeTrack is nearby, select the ZeTrack model and selected it in the list of device.
  4. As soon as the configuration is successful, you will be notified on the screen of your mobile phone. 

At the end of the installation process, the application will prompt you to install a new version of the firmware of the watch.

This will ensure you have the latest software on your device and benefit from all the latest features. 

Tip: Before any update, make sure you have more than 30% battery on your device.

To know: After the initial pairing, your ZeTrack will connect to your phone automatically as long as it is on and remains in range.

If you want to pair your ZeTrack with another account or smartphone, please unpair it from the current account.

In the mobile app, go to Settings> click Paired watches> Unpair ZeTrack.

Then repeat the pairing procedure described above.
