How do I update ZeTrack?

We regularly update our mobile apps and firmware of our devices to improve functionality, fix bugs, and extend the compatibility of our products.

Firmware updates of our devices are done through our application.

OTA (Over-The-Air) technology allows you to update the firmware of your device in a few minutes.

As soon as an update is available, you will be notified on the homepage (dashboard) of the MyKronoz App. A banner will appear if an update is available.

  1. Before you start updating your device, make sure it is charged (at least 30%).
  2. Tap the red banner and confirm to start the update.
  3. Once the update has started, please keep your device near your smartphone and do not leave the update page until the end of the procedure.
  4. An update confirmation will appear on your device and a progress bar will appear on the MyKronoz application until the update is successful.
