For all smartwatches purchased via our webshop, you are entitled to a 1-year international warranty (2-years warranty for EU countries). During this period, we commit to assisting in solving all difficulties you might encounter.
If your smartwatch presents an issue or defect, we encourage you to contact our Customer Care Service via our request form. One of our agents will reply on the best delays.
Explain with the most details possible the difficulties you are facing. When possible, share a few pictures, screenshots or a short video that show the difficulties faced.
Once our agents have asses a defect, they will share the appropriate RMA form with its number and instruction on how to return the product under warranty.
You will then have two weeks to send us back the watch to the given address. Once the product is received in one of our centres, we will proceed to the replacement or refund according to the agreement taken with the agent.
Note: A replacement of the watch during the warranty period will not extend the warranty time.
