Our smartwatches are entitled to a 1-year international warranty (2-years warranty for EU countries). During this period, we commit to assisting in solving all difficulties you might encounter.
You must inspect carefully the delivered product upon receipt, and notify us in writing within 15 days if a delivered product presents a visible defect, or if it does not possess the characteristics specified in the confirmation of the order, or if an accessory is missing. You may send us a notification of the defect by contacting our customer service via our request form.
If a defect becomes apparent later during the warranty period, you must notify us in writing within 14 days from the discovery of the defect.
If you omit to notify us of a defect in due time, the product will be considered as accepted and you will no longer be entitled to invoke the warranty.
The warranty will not cover the following cases:
- The product is no longer covered by the warranty
- Damages to the product resulting from use not consistent with the user manual
- Damages due to misuse of the watch (scratches, shocks, hits, wear and tear, etc.)
- Damages due to normal deterioration of the smartwatch, its bands or charger
- Lost or misplaced items
Note: To return a product under warranty, an invoice or proof of purchase is mandatory.
