If your earbuds are not working as they should, please follow the steps below:
1. Ensure your Zebuds and your smartphone are fully charged or have at least a battery level of 30%.
2. Turn your smartphone's Bluetooth off for at least 15 seconds and then back on to reset the connection
3. If the proble persists, reset your ZeBuds. See How do I reset my ZeBuds here.
