If you're experiencing issues with your ZeBuds such as audio dropouts, unstable connectivity or sound distortion, we recommend you to try resetting your earbuds.
To reset your ZeBuds:
1. Triple tap on both earbuds. The last tap must lasts for 3 seconds. Then the LED will light for 2 seconds.
This procedure will clear the TWS information.
2. Triple tap on both earbuds. The last tap must lasts for 1 second. Then the LED will light for 2 seconds.
This step will clear the pairing information between your ZeBuds and your smartphone.
3. Double tap on both earbuds, one of the earbud's LEDs will start flashing slowly.
This will allow you to enter pairing mode.
