If you're not hearing sound from one of your earbuds, it may need to be reconnected.
For this, please follow the steps below:
1. Open the charging case and place both earbuds in the charging box.
2. Wait at least 15 seconds. Then, take them off from the charging case.
3. Perform a new try.
If the problem persists, please follow these steps:
1) Place your earbuds in the charging case.
2) Turn off the Bluetooth on your smartphone for 15 seconds and then turn it on again.
3) Take the earbuds off and perform a new try.
1) Forget ZeBuds from the list of paired devices.
2) Place your earbuds in the charging case for 15 seconds.
3) Take them off and perform a new pairing procedure.
