To maintain a proper connection, MyKronoz App must run in the background of your smartphone at all time.
To make sure that the app is correctly working in the background, please follow these steps:
For iOS users:
Go to Settings and scroll down until you find MyKronoz. Select it and make sure that “Background App refresh” is enabled
For Android users:
Go to Settings of your smartphone and enter the app manager. Select MyKronoz App and make sure that the app has background activity not restricted under the power management section.
