If you can not pair your MyKronoz device, please ensure that:
- You have followed the configuration procedure available in the user manual.
- Please note that you can not set up your MyKronoz device from the Bluetooth settings of your smartphone. Be sure to download and open the MyKronoz app and follow the instructions on the screen.
- The operating system of your smartphone is up to date.
- The Bluetooth function of your smartphone is activated.
(Android user only)
- If you're using a smartphone running Android 6.0+, please enable location services (permissions required by Google services to sync through Bluetooth) and allow the MyKronoz app to access your location.
- Disable the power saving mode of your device. This setting tends to disable the Bluetooth function of the device.

Problems solving
- Disable the Bluetooth of your smartphone then reactivate it.
- Perform a new configuration through the MyKronoz application.
- Delete all MyKronoz devices from your account (from the MyKronoz app) and forget / disconnect ZeNeo from the Bluetooth settings of your smartphone.
- Perform a new configuration through the MyKronoz application.
- Restart ZeNeo.
- Perform a new configuration through the MyKronoz application.
- If the problem persists, please restart your smartphone.
- Perform a new configuration through the MyKronoz application.
- Reinstall the MyKronoz app.
- Perform a new configuration through the MyKronoz application.
