Indeed, your ZeNeo has two Bluetooth antennas: 3.0 and 4.2 BLE
- Bluetooth 3.0 refers to call and audio functions.
- Bluetooth 4.2 refers to the notification and data synchronization functions.
If you do not want to use the call and audio function, you can disconnect the Bluetooth 3.0 connection from the Bluetooth settings of your smartphone.
Android User
- Go to the Bluetooth settings of your smartphone.
- Select the ZeNeo device.
- Disable the audio call profile.
iOS User
- Go to the Bluetooth settings of your smartphone.
- Tap on the i icon to the right of the ZeNeo device.
- Click on disconnect.
