If you do not receive any notifications on your MyKronoz device, please consider these points:
For Android users
- Go to your smartphone Settings
- Go to the Application Manager or Applications
- Select the MyKronoz app
- Enable access to notifications (Permissions) for the MyKronoz app
The MyKronoz app must be active in the background on your smartphone to receive your notifications.
Make sure that "Do not disturb" or "Airplane" mode is not enabled on your smartphone. If you enable this mode, you may not receive notifications.
For iOS users
- Accept permissions when first pairing to receive notifications from your smartphone on your wrist.
- Enable notification reception from the Notification section of the MyKronoz application.
- Verify that notifications are enabled on your smartphone "Allow notifications" and "In history" (iOS 11-) or "notification center" (iOS 12+) must be enabled to receive notifications on your wrist.
The setting for iOS users is done through the mobile app and also from the Notification section of your iOS device.
If, despite these operations, you still do not receive notifications, please follow the instructions below:
- Disable the Bluetooth of your smartphone then reactivate it.
- Perform a new configuration through the MyKronoz application.
- Restart ZeTrack.
- Perform a new configuration through the MyKronoz application.
- If the problem persists, please restart your smartphone.
- Perform a new configuration through the MyKronoz application.
- Reinstall the MyKronoz app.
- Perform a new configuration through the MyKronoz application.
- If the problem persists, please contact our customer service so we can investigate the issue
