If your weight and body composition data don't appear in the MyScale dashboard page, perform the following instructions:
• Make sure your scale is associated with your account. If not, you have to install it.
• From the MyScale dashboard page, swipe your finger down to force the synchronization.
• Make sure that your Wi-Fi works properly.
• Make sure your scale is close enough to your Wi-Fi router.
• Do not hesitate to reboot your device by pressing the button on the back.
• Reboot your Wi-Fi router.
• Update your Wi-Fi configuration if you have recently changed your Wi-Fi network name or password.
• Check the battery level of your scale from the dashboard page. If the battery level is low, make sure to charge your device about 5 hours.
