Only the first user who set up the scale can turn on or off the screens that appear after each measurement. This selection applies to all users.
If the scale does not display body composition data or other screens, they may have been disabled by the primary user.
As a first step, you can check on the MyKronoz app if your body composition data is displayed there. If this is the case, please refer to the explanations above.
If your scale doesn't display your body composition on the MyKronoz app, perform the following steps:
• Make sure your account is associated with the scale.
• Body composition calculation may only be made when barefoot. Always step into the scale with your socks or shoes off.
•Do not step off the scale until the devices makes a first sound to confirm the body composition calculation. If the audio sound is turned off, wait until the measurement interface disappears.
• Ensure accurate data are saved in your personal profile (gender, age & height)
• Make sure that the Body composition screens are activated on the scale's settings. If the body composition screens are disable, make sure to check if body composition appears on the MyScale dashboard.
